About Me
Tacy Riehm is a trusted leadership advisor and strategic consultant who partners with senior executives and leadership teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness, align culture with strategy, and elevate leadership performance during periods of growth, change, and transformation.
As Founder and Principal of Vos Consulting, Tacy brings more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through complex leadership and cultural challenges. She works alongside executive teams to clarify direction, improve decision-making and collaboration, and build leadership capability that sustains performance over time. Her work is grounded in a core philosophy — “It Starts With You” — the belief that lasting organizational change begins when leaders take ownership of their impact and model the culture they expect from others.
Through a combination of strategic advising, executive coaching, and facilitated leadership experiences, Tacy helps leaders translate insight into action and alignment into measurable progress.
Prior to founding Vos Consulting, Tacy served as an Organizational Development consultant within a Fortune 100 environment, supporting large-scale leadership initiatives and enterprise-wide development efforts. Today, she advises leaders across industries including biotechnology, engineering, healthcare, professional services, hospitality, and real estate — helping organizations translate strategic priorities into aligned leadership behaviors and measurable outcomes.
