About Me

Tacy Riehm

I am the founder of Vos Consulting LLC with over 25 years of experience in facilitation, coaching, and consulting, dedicated to helping leaders reach their full potential through enhanced self-awareness and others-awareness.

My career began with 15 years as an Organizational Development Consultant for a Fortune 100 company, and for the past 10 years, I've been an external consultant across diverse industries including biomedical, fashion, tech, manufacturing, and start-ups. I specialize in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Keynote Speaking, offering facilitated leadership sessions, one-on-one coaching, and keynotes on the impact leaders have on business results and employee engagement.

Based in Huntington Beach, CA, I collaborate with clients throughout the US, Europe, South America, and Haiti. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and several certifications in Organizational Development and Executive Coaching.

I am located in Huntington Beach, CA but have the opportunity of partnering with companies and leaders all over the country and internationally. I am currently working with clients throughout the US, Europe, South America, and Haiti.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, as well as my Organizational Development Certificate from Brandman University and Executive Coaching & Consultation Certificate from Concordia University. I have also received certificates from DiSC, InsideOut Coaching, The Training Clinic, ATD, and Achieve Global.
